• Run the Story Workshop: two live 4-hour sessions in which a team maps where its product story breaks on the website, in onboarding and in sales conversations, then leaves with a written product story and a ranked list of fixes.
• Design strategy, leadership, UX/UI and frontend development for clients including Audi, PayPal, EA, Telefonica, Mercy Corps and startups across the US, Europe and Latin America, in over 50 projects across insurance, crypto, heavy industry and government.
• Recent clients (2024 to 2025): Fresh People, where I designed the 1:1 Meetings and Feedback Management features and built the design system, and FarmShoppr, where I created the brand identity and design system and led the design team through the web app and marketing site.
• SankeyFlow and Leanks (2026): two products designed and built with Claude. SankeyFlow had 100+ sales in its first month.
